Domain Name Renewal: Your domain name must be renewed annually to remain active. If we purchased the domain on your behalf, we will manage the renewal for you at cost—$45 per year for a 12-month renewal.
You do. Once your website is complete, you retain full ownership. We provide comprehensive handover instructions so you can manage and edit your website with confidence. If applicable, we will continue to manage your domain name renewal and hosting for the life of the website.
No. We do not lock you into contracts for our web design services or ongoing monthly hosting. You are free to cancel your website at any time.
We do not recommend this. Our hosting servers are tightly integrated with our Content Management System (CMS), which means hosting cannot be separated from our platform without limiting your ability to make ongoing edits. Our websites include 24/7 self-editing access at no additional cost, which typically makes our hosting service more cost-effective than using an external provider.
Your draft website will be ready within 15 business days. Any delays beyond this timeframe depend on how quickly you provide your initial information and how promptly you review the site. We include two revision rounds as part of the process.
Yes. We can help through our website redesign service. You can keep your existing domain name, and once your new website is live with us, you can simply cancel your previous hosting service.

Google My Business is a free service that lets your business appear on Google Maps and in local search results, giving your business name and location prominent visibility on Page 1 when users search for your business.
