These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of web design and related services by Codeline Media to you, the client, By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Codeline Media provides web design, website hosting, domain management, and related services as agreed in the project proposal. Services include:

Initial website design and development

Up to two rounds of revisions on draft designs

Hosting and/or self-management tools (if applicable)

Basic on-page SEO and standard website functionality

Limitations:

eCommerce websites are limited to 10 products unless otherwise agreed.

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results.

Advanced functionality, integrations, or custom coding may incur additional fees.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

Provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the website

Review drafts and provide feedback promptly

Maintain accurate domain registration and contact information

Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule

Delays in providing required materials or feedback may extend the project timeline.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to commence work (as stated in your proposal or invoice)

Final payment is due upon approval of the completed website before launch

Fees for additional revisions, services, or add-ons will be invoiced separately

Late payments may incur additional charges or delay project delivery

4. Revisions & Refunds

Two revision rounds are included for standard web design projects

If you are not satisfied after the revision process, a money-back guarantee applies for the initial design fees

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you provide for your website

Codeline Media retains ownership of proprietary templates, code, and design elements until full payment is received

Upon full payment, ownership of your completed website is transferred to you, excluding any pre-existing third-party tools, plugins, or stock content used under license

6. Domain & Hosting

If we manage your domain and hosting, you remain the legal owner of the domain

Hosting services are ongoing and billed monthly or annually as agreed

You may choose to use an external hosting provider, but this may limit our ability to provide ongoing editing and support

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Codeline Media is not responsible for losses resulting from website downtime, third-party services, or technical failures outside our control

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or business results

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services provided

8. Cancellation

You may cancel services at any time; fees paid for completed work are non-refundable

Cancellation of ongoing hosting or support services must be communicated in writing

9. Privacy & Data

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described

10. Governing Law
